What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
that sexual shame is embedded in so much of my behaviour - and that i never had reflected on that before, so i wasn't aware of it, therefore unable to change it
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
followed the homeworks, which were great, and i still do. i was very nervous, but it also turned out that its ok, i didn't die from expressing these things.
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
that sexual shame is something that i learned, and that it can be unlearned. and the fact that it's learned means its nothing universal, so there's nothing inherent shameful in whatever i might feel ashamed about. and that sexual shame is just crippling, it doesnt help me in any way.
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
remember the steps in this course; i go back to it now and then, especially the last email with the recap, just to remember the steps and to keep on challenging myself
What was your favourite part of the course?
the realisation how bit sexual shame is, how big part of my life it takes up, and the freedom it can mean to overcome it, or at least many aspects of it.
Which part of the course did you find the most difficult, confusing or unhelpful?
nothing really, it was all very good
Overall, how do you rate this course?
