I changed the structure of my journal so now it has three main sections; notable experiences, value based living and goals

Whatever happens, always journal

I journal everyday before bed so just keep on doing that, and adapt my journaling style as it needs to be done

The templates were useful to look at, and I enjoyed Mike's introduction which explained really well the usefulness of journaling
