What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
I have very powerful anger tendencies. I'm actually a pretty emotional guy, just don't really know how to show it sometimes
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
I had a good time with looking into anger, sadness and fear. I had a lot to discover, a few from recent experiences which really helped me get through the last few weeks.
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
Again, another of the courses that I will have to revisit again.
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
Take the time to chill, calm down before reflecting on things.
What was your favourite part of the course?
I enjoyed reading/listening about anger, sadness and fear - showed me what it means when I feel that way and helped me discover what I should be looking for that set that off. This course was really fun actually. Really enjoyed it.
