Which Brojo course does this reflection apply to?
Mastery of Emotions Beginner
Q3
What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
There were a few reframes around disgust and even happiness that change what I can learn and practically use with them.
Q4
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
I generally am feeling more curious about any emotions I feel. I am looking to wring out whatever info is in the emotion and develop more.
Q5
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
Something from this course I would like to remember is that emotions are tools and "surfing" them successfully will benefit my development.
Q6
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
I think continuing to explore emotions when I feel them will benefit the improvement of my life in the long run. Suppressing or ignoring emotions would be bad.
Q7
What was your favourite part of the course?
My favorite topic was specifically using disgust to show what you are passionate about. I really don't feel passionate about much but when I questioned what I feel disgust about it was easy to think of what disgusts me and there for an area I was passionate.
Q8
Which part of the course did you find the most difficult, confusing or unhelpful?
I just found it difficult to retain all the useful frames, practical actions and info for each emotion. Writing this review the first few videos feel pretty distant already but I remember the general themes.
Q9
Overall, how do you rate this course?
