Which Brojo course does this reflection apply to?
What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
Seeing thoughts as a more of a flag in the sand then actual truth is helpful.
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
I journaled every day on top of the journaling. I also mentally questioned myself during the day sometimes.
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
Persistence is key. Doing less more often is better then a lot once in a while.
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
Schedule time in my day for journaling
What was your favourite part of the course?
I really enjoy taking time to reflect.
Which part of the course did you find the most difficult, confusing or unhelpful?
I didn't see a lot of emphasis on truth. I've been kind of transitioning into accepting that thinking is a bit of an addiction and not very reliable actually. At least a lot of the stories I have.
Overall, how do you rate this course?
