Judging others and judging yourself is a lazy form of thinking that leads to stereotyping, bigotry and self-loathing. Learning how to catch yourself when you’re being judgmental and transition into a more open mind will improve your self-awareness, wisdom, confidence and relationships.

 

In this session, we will explore

-          WHAT it means to be judgmental from a cognitive psychology point of view 

-          WHY we judge ourselves and others

-          HOW to how to catch yourself when you’re being judgmental 

 

We will talk about how to view the world as accurately and curiously as possible, giving yourself the best possible change to love yourself, let go of bitterness, and see people for who they really are.
