This course is designed to help you understand the Value of Honesty, what it means, how it helps you, and how to apply it.
At BROJO, we see honesty as being on of the key pillars to inner confidence.
If you're not honest, you shame yourself and create the "I'm not good enough" story, because you are censoring your own truth. But of course being honest seems difficult and likely to end in bad consequences for you.
In this beginner-level course, coach Dan shows you how to gradually increase the level of honesty in your life, without having to worry about retaliation or people reacting badly.
If you have confidence issues and have not yet tried being fully honest about your opinions, disagreements, thoughts, beliefs, desires and feelings, this is the course for you.

The course felt like a reinforcement of fundamental conclusions I had drawn when reflecting on where my life had gone wrong. I have taken many small actions with regard to honesty virtually every day since last summer and found them helpful. It has been a boost to confidence. I still have an issue with expressing attraction honestly, although these days it is more to do with lack of opportunity than lack of self-belief.
The main insight I had about yourself is that I lie to protect my image. So I told the truth at the cost of my image. It felt freeing. People appreciate honesty a lot. I'm realising the value of even a negative truth.
I need to give more honest answers to people. I feel more confident after sharing my thoughts with people. The more I go out of my comfort zone, the more I will grow
