What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
I've been afraid of death through effort when I should have been seeking it.
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
In areas I feel are important or where I have fear I now feel I have clarity of where death is - or at least until I experience it. For example, I have been afraid of confrontation with fear around physical confrontation so I have signed up for a 16 week boxing course where I will fight at the end of it.
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
Always seek death through effort.
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
In my 'goal' areas, list what my current death would be and seek it out.
What was your favourite part of the course?
Definitely the day on death - never thought I would be so excited by death!
