What are the main insights you had about yourself in doing this course?
My sex lifestyle is completely different from my normal life and it affects my life a lot. I have a lot to work on with this.
What actions did you take and how did you feel during those experiences?
I talked to people about the things that caused me shame. I practiced being more honest with people in general. My filter for seeing the truth in any given moment and ignoring or at least identifying stories has improved.
What is the one main thing you want to remember from this course and keep applying to your life?
I just want to remember that right now I still have a lot of shame around sex and that I need to express attraction honestly more but from a place removed from outcome attachment.
What can you do to ensure that what you learned from this course continues to improve your life?
One thing is use expressing honest attraction as a prerequisite for rewards. Whether video games, or anything else.
What was your favourite part of the course?
Favorite part was realizing that some of the stories around sexuality are not true.
Which part of the course did you find the most difficult, confusing or unhelpful?
It's really confusing for me to put people I'm attracted to in the same bucket as people that are attracted to me that I'm not attracted to, normal friends and everyone else. To express attraction to someone in the same bucket as someone else and not have pressure that it means something more than it does.
Overall, how do you rate this course?
